Helpful staff and neat rooms, we had a really amazing experience. It had great location, the place was right at Edinburgh city center. The room for access to the apartment. The food was great and we liked the variety.

Overall, its reasonable base for exploring Edinburgh attractions. It has the best possible location really close to castle, Edinburgh, and the centre of Royal Mile.

The rooms were reasonably large and view of the sea was nice. I loved that they had air conditioning, a kitchen, and a lounge area. Had a really really nice stay for the Christmas holidays & will be back.

Plus, it's only a 5-minute walk from a combined museum.

We truly enjoyed this hotel. The staff was amicable and outstandingly accommodating all the time. Had best possible location right in the heart of the Old Town, only a short distance to a surviving 17th-century high-tenement house.
